Returnable Products

IF Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags. For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed. You have received a wrong product; You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or You have received a damaged product.

Non-returnable Products

You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of: Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them. Any consumable product which has been used or installed; products with tampered or missing serial numbers. Products from the Jewelry, or Underwear.

Your Refund

For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (i) if the products are faulty or not as described on our Site (ii) if your reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery etc. In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping. For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Timescale

Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfillment center and inspected by our team. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within 3 days for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions. Any product purchased within 3 days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s technician as applicable. In case of all major home appliances, and audio/video products, the exchange/refund will be done only and after investigation and approval is received from the authorized service center of the brand. All Products must be returned with their original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Freebies, Bundled items and Promotional Vouchers. Products that are damaged, scratched, package is tampered, or the packaging material is not available then the exchange or refund will not be applicable. When returning a specific product any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, will not be’s responsibility for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange or repair, as for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
